Stuart Pecan

Stuart Pecan develops into a substantial shade tree, with strong branching that gradually builds a wide, rounded canopy. Its long green leaves give the crown a full, leafy appearance through the growing season, while mature trees produce flavorful pecans inside their familiar brown shells. With both size and harvest potential, it serves a practical purpose while becoming a major landscape feature. Reaching about 60 to 80 feet tall and 40 to 60 feet wide at maturity, it is best suited for orchards and open areas where its canopy has plenty of room to develop. The Stuart Pecan is a Type 2 pollinator, meaning it requires a Type 1 pollinator to produce nuts.
