Farm Pickup Information
Orders can be placed online or by selecting items in person at the farm through our self-serve process. Please allow 24 business hours if you would like Treeland staff to tag trees and plants for you.
Plants under 15 gallons may only be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours.
Pickup Hours
Treeland is open for pickup orders Monday–Saturday, 8 AM – 3:30 PM, weather and holiday permitting.
- Orders must be submitted and items tagged/selected by 3 PM for same-day pickup.
- To speed up the loading process for online or pre-tagged orders, call us on your way and we'll have the trees pulled in advance. Calls accepted starting at 8 AM.
Preventing Wind Burn
To protect your trees from wind burn and leaf loss, we recommend bringing a 70% shade mesh tarp.
- Trees without leaves during the winter months do not require a tarp.
- Treeland does not supply tarps or wrapping materials. Mesh tarps can be purchased at Tractor Supply.
- Please bring rope and ratchet straps to secure your trees and tarps.
- Our team will load your truck or trailer, but wrapping, tying down, and transporting is the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Important: All farm pickup sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.
- No warranty is offered on farm pickup items. All trees and shrubs are sold as is, with no expressed or implied warranties.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- If an order or items are cancelled / rescheduled after our crew has already pulled them, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
- Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash or card. A 2.5% convenience fee applies to card payments made in advance; this fee is waived if the card is swiped in person at pickup.
