Delivery Only
Treeland delivers to select cities around DFW and there is a $50 fee per trip. Check if your address is within our delivery range and what the minimum order amount is on our delivery range page.
All items and sizes are available for delivery only except agaves, cactus, succulents, and yuccas, which are not eligible for delivery services and must be picked up at the farm.
Plants under 15 gallons may only be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours due to limited greenhouse space. If any items are out of stock when orders are pulled the day prior to delivery, Treeland will contact you to see if substitutions can be made.
Farm Shopping Hours
Treeland is open for visitation Monday–Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM, weather and holiday permitting.
Delivery Process
- Orders can be placed online or by selecting items in person at the farm through our self-serve process.
- If Treeland selects the trees and is given enough notice, we will email you pictures of the items that are 15 gallons and larger (we don't send pictures of items smaller than 15 gallons). For orders with 10 or more of a specific variety, you'll receive a maximum of 10 pictures per variety.
- Our team carefully selects plants that are the tallest, fullest, widest, and most well balanced to ensure the best quality. If the selection doesn't meet your preferences, you're welcome to visit the farm to make a reselection. Tagging is offered by Treeland one time only.
- We now have two crews dedicated to delivery-only orders to expedite delivery times.
- Our crew will drop off the trees in a central location along a driveway. We do not offer placing the trees beyond the driveway.
Returns & Refunds
Important: All delivery only sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.
- No warranty is offered on delivery only items. All trees and shrubs are sold as is, with no expressed or implied warranties.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- If an order is cancelled / rescheduled within 4 full business days or less prior to delivery day, the customer will be charged a 10% fee. Orders cancelled or rescheduled after the crew leaves the farm are subject to the delivery fee.
- We charge a 10% restocking fee for all items that are not approved and sent back with the delivery crew.
- Payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept cash, check, or card for delivery orders. A 2.5% convenience fee applies to all card payments. Payments are due before the crew leaves the jobsite.
