Delivery & Planting Process
Orders can be placed online or by selecting items in person at the farm through our self-serve process.
Once an order is submitted, our team will email your invoice, the first available installation date, and important information detailing what to expect.
If Treeland selects the trees and is given enough notice, we will email photos of items that are 15 gallons and larger(we don’t send photos of items smaller than 15 gallons). For orders with 10+ quantities of a specific variety, you will receive a maximum of 10 photos per variety.
Our team carefully selects plants that are the tallest, fullest, widest, and most well-balanced to ensure the best quality. If the selection doesn’t meet your preferences, you are welcome to visit the farm to make a reselection.Tagging is offered by Treeland one time only.
5–10 days before the delivery date, we will send a QuickSign Package to your email which must be signed online before delivery. The package includes your invoice, a copy of our guarantee policy, utility policy, and recommended watering and fertilizing schedule.
5–10 days prior to installation, Treeland submits a locate ticket to TX811 as required by Texas State Law. Please see our utility page to learn what utilities TX811 marks (and does not mark) and how to prevent damage when planting and staking trees.
Customers are encouraged to mark (spray paint or flag) any private lines, pool lines, irrigation, decorative lighting, etc. for our install crew. Treeland is not liable for any damage caused when planting or staking trees when the lines are not properly marked. Customers may not remove or mow any markings prior to our crew’s arrival. If a utility marking is in the desired area of your tree, please contact the office.
The day before your delivery you will receive an email with the delivery crew’s target arrival time.
Additional Info
- Prior to the planting crew’s arrival, customers must have the placement of their trees decided. Our crews do not allow extra time for designing and placement.
- If a customer changes their mind about a tree’s location after the crew has planted the tree or dug the hole as directed, an additional fee will be charged to re-plant it.
- Please clear any decorative rocks and river rocks from planting areas to prevent mixing with dirt. If we must cross tile/stone areas to access the site, please cover them to prevent damage.
- We do not fold back, remove, cut, or reinstall artificial turf.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
- If an order is cancelled/rescheduled within 4 full business days or less prior to delivery day, a 10% fee will be charged. Orders cancelled or rescheduled after the crew leaves the farm are subject to the delivery fee.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all items that are not approved and are sent back with the delivery crew.
- Payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept cash, check, or card for delivery orders. A 2.5% convenience fee applies to card payments. Payments are due before the crew leaves the jobsite.
