Refunds
Our return policy varies by service type:
Delivery & Installation or Delivery Only
Treeland charges a 10% restocking fee for any trees sent back at the time of delivery. If any trees are not approved upon arrival, they must be sent back with the crew. Returns are not allowed once the trees have been delivered and the crew has left the job site.
Farm Pickup
No returns or refunds allowed — all sales are final.
