Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

Farm Pickup

Farm pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Trees must be tagged and orders submitted no later than 3:30 PM to pick up the same day.

Shipping Fees

We offer delivery using Treeland's own trucks at the following rates:

How We Prepare Your Order

After you submit your order—whether online, by phone, or via email—we calculate the number of truckloads required based on the size of your order. Each truckload has a $50.00 delivery fee. After reviewing your order, we'll email you to propose a delivery date and a flexible time window for your approval.

Important Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least four full business days' notice to cancel or reschedule an order. If less notice is provided, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

Orders cancelled or rescheduled after the crew leaves the farm are subject to the full delivery fee of $50.00. This fee also applies if rescheduling is necessary due to stumps or other obstructions in the planting area.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your trees! If a tree isn’t right for you, it must be sent back with our crew at the time of delivery. Once our crew has left the job site, we are unable to accept returns.

Restocking Fees

We charge a 10% restocking fee for all items that are not approved and sent back with the delivery crew.

If you visit the farm to reselect replacement trees, these restocking fees will be waived.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

No, we do not offer international shipping.

Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship agave, cactus, yucca, or sotol.
  • Orders only ship on business days: Monday - Saturday.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
