Delivery fees, tree removals or sales tax

- Delivery fees, tree removals and sales tax do not count toward the $5,000 qualifying subtotal.
- Orders must have $5,000 worth of qualifying items to reach the discount.
- Non-qualifying items do not count towards the order threshold.
