Tree Gator Watering Bags

Drip irrigation is an excellent choice for those without a traditional sprinkler system or a dedicated zone for their trees and shrubs.

Tree Gator Watering Bags: Efficient Watering for Your Trees

Tree Gators are green, UV-protected plastic bags designed to simplify tree watering. Each bag holds up to 15 gallons of water, and you can zip two together to achieve a 48-gallon capacity.

Water is released slowly through two small holes at the bottom of the bag, which helps eliminate runoff. Customers frequently choose Tree Gators over hand watering because they're quick and easy to install. Once filled, you can simply walk away, knowing your tree is receiving a consistent water supply without constant monitoring.

You fill the bags manually by placing a garden hose into a hole at the top. It's important to note that Tree Gators aren't suitable for trees or shrubs with branches less than 30 inches from the ground (the height of a filled bag). For those situations, consider alternative watering systems like the ArborRain Hydration System, bubblers, drip irrigation, or a garden hose.
