Brassica oleracea 'Bright and Early White'Bright and Early White Kale builds its display from the outside in, with broad green leaves gradually giving way to a bright creamy-white center. Each leaf is heavily ruffled along the edges, creating layers of texture that make the compact rosette appear fuller as it develops. Cooler temperatures help bring out the pale central coloring, giving the plant its strongest contrast when many warm-season flowers are beginning to fade. Reaching about 8 to 12 inches tall and spreading 10 to 14 inches wide at maturity.
