Guarantee on Clearance Items
Clearance items are not regularly stocked items and they occur randomly for the following reasons: a branch is broken, the bark is cracked or scraped, the leaves are burnt or discolored, the canopy is not full, the trunk is not straight or an item is going to be discontinued. Since they occur infrequently we do not guarantee availability or that the replacement tree will be of similar shape or size. If customers need to replace a clearance item they will be given a 2/3 allowance based on their original invoice price, which will be applied towards their new purchase. There will be no allowances issued after the 1 year guarantee period. The allowance only applies if you spend an amount that is equal to or greater than the original invoice price.
We do not offer a warranty on trees that are picked up or delivered only. The guarantee is only offered if Treeland plants the trees.
