Order Trees by Phone

In 2006, 40% of Treeland's customers ordered over the phone and many of those customers found it more convenient to order over the phone versus making the drive to the tree farm. For customers that decide to order over the phone we want them to feel confident that they will receive a great value, a quality product and excellent service. Treeland is confident that we can obtain more phone orders by offering the following incentives:

1. No deposit is required to place a phone order and reserve a delivery date. Our customers do not have to pay until Treeland completes the installation of the trees and shrubs.
2. Customers have no obligation to accept our trees upon delivery. If our customers are not satisfied for any reason we will bring the tree(s) back at no charge to the customer.
3. Treeland provides all of our customers with a price survey of our competitors. This survey compares the complete cost of tree delivery and installation and also explains how to properly compare prices between nurseries.
4. In 2006, 35% of our business came from customer referrals and prior customers and Treeland has been able to obtain this loyal customer backing by priding itself on excellent service and quality products.
5. The owner selects all of the trees and shrubs that are going to be delivered, which insures that customers receive premium quality trees and shrubs.
6. We offer the guaranteed lowest prices and we are able achieve this price advantage because:
   • We grow our trees on a 31 acre tree farm, which is close to the Dallas Metroplex, instead of buying them from another grower then reselling them at marked up prices.
   • We also sell directly from our farm, which allows us to operate without a separate retail lot.
